Our classic Challah dough rises gently with the morning sun, patiently creating tiny, hidden pockets of air that capture all that delicious flavor, and braided with love. It is absolutely perfect for your dinner table, or for simply pulling apart and eating by the handful when no one is looking.

This is a sweeter take on my classic loaf. It is baked to a deep golden brown and generously sprinkled with little freckles of sesame seeds. You can even request plump raisins to be baked right in for an extra touch of sweetness. It has a rich, satisfying flavor that complements almost anything. That is, assuming the loaf actually survives on your counter long enough to be sliced!
